"You're kidding.  Really?  I've been using a telephone since I was 5 and you're telling me I need training?"
Yes, I am.

Don't Shoot Yourself With The Telephone

The telephone is a primary tool in our toolbox.  Like any tool, you can do a lot of damage if you don't know how to use it.  It's not 'common sense!'
Usually I'm hired by a manager because he/she realizes they have a problem.  And frequently those attending aren't very happy.   Yet, the reviews are universally positive.  People find that with a little training they can make the telephone, voicemail and verbal-only communication work for them.

You'll learn:
  • How to turn  the telephone's limitations to your advantage
  • Most communication is non-verbal so how do we communicate over the phone?
  • How to, and not to, use voicemail
  • The little things that make a big difference
  • The best tools for increasing your effectiveness
  • How to handle angry callers
  • Organizational tips and tricks
